stubbie holders would be awesome.

a set of NPL coasters would be awesome, as i need some for my home poker table.

keyrings are good just to acknowledge the fact that you made it to the FT - and a big pile of them looks pretty good next to the trophies i have at home. (even though the trophies were from the crappy plastic days)

i agree, party poker cards are awesome, they are really good quality - but the 4 or 5 decks that i have at home are enough to last me for ages!

some people probably have 10+ decks at home, so i doubt they would want more cards.

coasters and stubbie holders would be sweet though

(should these threads by moved to "new NPL prizes" Dave?)

I 4th the coasters and stubbie holders ideas

Cards would be good as well, at least they are practical and I don't have a good pack of cards yet...

I meant moved to a new topic, we're not really talking about "NPL needs an overhaul anymore". Might make it easier to find in the future. Just a suggestion while I'm in the constructive mood...

stubbie holders = bonza
keyrings = surely you're joking me
bottle openers = GREAT (but I have bazillions of them)
coasters = nifty idea, I like it

I really like the idea of venues providing an end of season prize for the venue winner.

A good example was at the Blue Gums (surprisingly) in season 1 2007. They had a bar fridge (branded with either Beam or Jacks) and it was full of booze too!

I missed the first 2 or 3 games at that venue, and finished 2nd overall. Was SPEWING.
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

I meant a ring, like the one that goes on your hand.

The Party Poker cards are the best prizes offered by Npl so far, along with the satellites into larger tournaments; Aussie Millions, SkyCity Championship, etc.I still like the winning keyrings for final tables.

As soon as the NPL starts handing out monkeys in NPL jackets as prizes... I'll play all the time.

Nods.

Wot if 'twas a, wait for it, high quality one?

I like this idea. Yet again, would have to be decent quality tho - might have to find some new stylists tho (thinking hats <ugh>)

You could write into one of those "Project Runway" type shows my partner is always watching and get them to design it!
