Sick. Very hard to put someone on a set, can't fault the KK call. Did he actually have to go home or was he just saying that to get a call? On the feature table we had a guy doing that, all in two hands in a row... shows JJ and QQ.

I made the recombine with 12.6k, blinds 1k/2k. Started with 88 or so, I would've ended up around 75th. No bad beat, I just made an really bad play. I shouldn't have even been there anyway, at one point I was UTG for 3100 at the 800/1600 level... 5 hands or so later I had 13k. And earlier I was all in for 1100 with AT against benny the cunt's KK (we both drew the feature table), I turn the magical card. That was especially sick.

Great day. Railing JD (6th!!!!!!) was even better.

He led out for 700, I counted out and acted abit before raising all in (another 1250 on top). He then sat back and said,"You're either a really good actor, or .... well, I can't stay too long anyway, have to leave soon. So I call."

Don't mind the call at all, and was unlucky to get outdrawn ... just wish he hadn't added the "gotta go anyway" comment ;)

Yeah the 'i have to go' comment really annoys me too.

You would have called if your were in his shoes wouldn't you?

Unlucky though.

HA! This makes me laugh - in a bad way.

I lost over half my stack, 2nd hand with KK - someone flopped top set on a 9 high board. I could smell something fishy by the river, but for another 600, I just had to know if I was good. and I didn't have to go ;)

I then had aces cracked by someone making a move with Q2 - they moved all-in preflop, I looked down at AA and pushed all-in over the top. Heads up, I thought, here we go, this should see me right! Flop, Q2x, turn 2. Whoops. After that, I was really looking to get lucky - didn't happen.
