And to cap it off a few of us went to the Kinga and put $5 a head on the longest lasting player to take the $55 pool and I bubbled that too with Damian Dekker and his brother also making FT but Damian's brother getting lucky with his forced J7 all in hitting 2 pair!

And for the third bubble of the day it was Yann Pauchon at Crown bubble boy in Event 5 $550 NLH...

Great day, another fantastic event run by Tim and the guys. Well done the the Wanderers on a well deserved win. We look forward to seeing them more often in venue now (I know once they get their 10 games up they will still be coming back, it's 888pl, how could you not???)

Hello! that "Best Celebration Scream" was done in my EAR!! Im putting in my medical bills to 888PL... Thats for letting non-888PL players in and taking away our GF tickets... yeah yeah whatever...

Anyway I have to congratulate my team for putting a great effort in every round, not just the last one. They all did Checkside proud! And the mystery last player, whom I forgot to update was Piyush Giupta, who wouldve won final table if it had gone to the last person standing (or sitting).

Tim, as I said yesterday, it was a great day all around. I think it should stay with same table both rounds and the final round the upped blind levels was great but maybe increase the last round's start stack to 5k.

I forgot to make a special mention to a few people during the event.

Firstly to the lady in the centre of the room during round 2 who wins the "Best Celebration Scream" so far this year. I love it!! That's why Teams events are so much fun. People playing not just for themselves but doing it for the team. That was Gold!!

A close runner was Peter Masi who misheard what I said over the mic and started a celebration all of his own. The elastic from the cat mask was apparently hampering his hearing.

And thirdly to Lincoln & Caleb for their work during the day ensuring the event was a success. Thanks guys!

as captian of the winning team i would just like to thank tim and the guys for the running of the event. really had alot of run(esp when u win).like the format of the day exp for no 300/600 level on the sngs and staying on the same table for both sng other then that great event. see you all at the gf in march
