Looking for an easy entry into the first state finals (championship series) of 2009?
Have a look at these venues, all with small fields of great people. A strong player could easily qualify through these events.
Monday night: Queens Arms Hotel
Tuesday night: Bombay Bicycle Club
Wednesday night: The Kentish Arms Hotel
Thursday night: Red Square (Featuring a $500 HOT-SEAT)
The Above game all have small fields and present a good opportunity for entry into States.
For the Mega Gamers!
Make sure you head into:
Tuesday night: Checkmates (late)
Wednesday night: Woolshed (late)
Thursday night: Red Sqaure (late)
Thursday night: Starthmore (Extra late)
The above for games are great for big points and averages. Also the added bonus is that the above for games have the highest average of staff play which means plenty of bounty points to go around.
Checkmates on Tuesday usually pulls in upto 8-10 staff!

Is this now on Sunday? I checked NPL website and it's not listed on WED anymore

Yeah, Kentish is listed on Sunday but not Wednesday. Whatupwitdat?

Looking into it now....
The Owner and i originally agreed to give Sunday a go, however just before the end of the year, we then agreed to hold off changing the day.
I think we just got a head of ourselves.
