You're a Bunch of Factors

Good luck to everyone playing today. Congrats to all that cashed in the teams and high rollers events yesterday. The parts I played in were very well run and everyone commented on how much fun they were having. I played really bad only played in the high rollers so hopefully today I play a lot better. My husband came 3rd in the high rollers and I know I am going to hear all the way home how fantastic he is. God I hate that as he got really lucky on more than one occasion and was in his obnoxious mood which drives me nutty. (probably just sour grapes from me as I hate it when he does better than me and he also refused to take me to crown after the game was finished ).

Yeah ok had a chance to sleep and I was being a cow. My husband is extremely confident at the table which is a great thing to be and something I wish I could be. Since playing online his actual play has gone down which is a pity as he used to be very tight and aggressive. He did get very lucky yesterday but we all need luck to do well in a tournament. I just wish he was not so arrogant sometimes as he really can be obnoxious at the table which is just the opposite to me. Nothing worse than a bad winner who looks at someone as he takes them out and says "Dont you know who I am!" (Ok perhaps I am still not over the crown thing ).
As I said though had a blast yesterday and am definately looking forward to today. Got to see a lot of the TD's playing which was a thrill for me. Got to see the great Garth play and he played a stellar game. My first table I played on was full of TD's which I did delibrately as I am always trying to sit on tables where I think my game will be pushed and I can learn.
Sorry all for my ramble always get nervous before a game but the time has come to get ready. Thank you for listening to this old dear one more time. Good luck to all and poker gods be on my side now everyone chant with me "mmmmm let Gayle win her poker tournament today mmmmmm"

I had a ball yesterday and I must admit it's not often I retain the chip lead from the first break all the way to the final table.

It was a fun tournament but next time I think we will change the structure a bit so we're not all shoving with 3BB's on the FT. LOL.

You will have to point your husband out to me Gayle.
