Thought process during hands

I thought this topic would be good for discussing different thought processes we all go through during hands. Preflop, on the flop, on the turn, river, etc.
I put a lot of information into stack sizes. How much of their stack my opponent is raising, where from, and in what position.
I could do with some help analysing what sort of hands my opp will bet at on certain flops, what better hands call a bet, what I'm beating. I know all this but I find it hard to make those sorts of calls/folds in game, because I often find myself tilt or "whatever" calling when I shouldn't be.
Any tips?

I think too much and at times not enough.
I actually planned on taking notes next time I played in another major, but the way my luck is running - I have missed every FUCKING australian major tournament series this year due to work commitments.
And now the one series, which I desperately want to play, and where I made my first two five figure pay days I have to miss. Stupid 60th's and mothers.
