fair enough maree, i forgot about the freerolls, i agree that they should stay. but scrapping the $3 games and just having a single, larger, $10 game per night would probably be a good thing too

Yes, I enjoy the 2 already being played on Tuesday and Thursday, I just think all players should be catered for. Playing 888PL games means that you are playing people you know and I know that many friendships have grown from these games. Much better than playing other sites with people from everywhere.

I agree that the freerolls and freeroll rebuy events should stay, but the micro/mediums are getting limited runners. Their needs to be something for around the $2-3 buy in but not 3 every night, given that there are better scheduled tourneys in the main 888 lobby for around this amout that offer higher priezpools.

As i have said though the games need to mean something, could there be freeroll scoreboard with the top 50 each month playing off for step tourney entry etc, can the PLO games contribute to a seat in PLO online champs.

I think that the online schedule needs just a tweak and most will be happy. If your not moving forward your going nowhere and i don't think anybody here wants to see that happen.

I think this is the main point. The games do currently mean nothing and there is no real difference between 888 games and 888pl exclusive games. At least before there was a leader board for each game and you could still qualify for state finals, if finishing top 4/5. So encouraged you continue playing, as well as visit venues as you still needed to have played 10 events to participate in the state finals.
As 888pl (full house) players are obviously doing extremely well at mainstream "live" poker events, I think this should be a direction they look at. If you can step your way into events, or even have a leaderboard to follow would be good. If you make it a "clause" you have to wear 888pl (full house) branding, then this will only further promote the brand and the 888pl (Full house) name.

WOW!!! After reading the above I can see why the numbers are down. So you say you can't qualify via the home games now?? And we still need to pay 10 away games to qualify for the State. I guess I don't need to read any more posts as you have written what I needed to know. Thank Sunbury, no wonder the arse fell out of the home games.

Had a bit of inspiration this morning. I think it would be great to see a feeder into State finals/ME. My idea was that a nightly $$ game that guarantees min 1 entry into monthly tourney that can win a seat into the winners state finals, still using the min away games rules, and is still pushing toward a ME feeder. Its a min cost to 888PL maintains the integrity of the away games and there is no need to keep a scoreboard and most of all gives something to play for.

What?, poker without the river??, you've just made my dreams come true!!!
