Pick an 888 player to play (through a tournment win, forum members nominate & vote or random draw)

Offer 50% of the ticket for other to purchase a share in, say 1% - 5% each share and this money goes to FHG.

this is a great idea as well - i would definitely stake someone for a shot at a stake in the higher tournament.

The problem with auctions is that you get at most the face value of the ticket whereas with a "Guess the Stack Size" you can easily end up with more than $1000. Would have been better if there was more time between now and the event.

Only problem is the fist prize is a WSOP package, second is a Aussie Millions package. The prizepool is thus very top heavy and there is not much cash prizes.

I have one additional ticket left; the person who comes up with a very unique idea to get rid of this (that sees an end result of $$'s in FHG's pocket) will win two Gold Class tickets!

Biggest problem here is the time line...

For mine would have to be an online buy in game... tbh is probably the only way you can get enough people to participate in the short amount of time you have left before the weekend.

However I am not sure you can get enough people to get a ROI on it even with that.

The only other I can think of is a 100 seat sit n go at a venue in Melbourne on Friday Night.

Again the problem with having a tourney is that you will get back at most the face value of the ticket. Players will expect money in the prizepool above $1000 to be distributed to players as cash.
