Just posting this here.... i can't believe how simple my request is yet i get completely different answers

5 days of conversation and i'm still no closer to recieving the code in relation to the LG tournament. i have replied with exactly the same email every time... but gotten widely different responses each time.

Again please read my email. I have not received the email as stated in my original email.

“ Please note that we have e-mailed your registered e-mail address your Challange for the LG promotion. If you have not received this e-mail Please do remember to check the Spam Folder.”

Can you confirm if this is my registered email address?

So what I would like today is for the necessary details to be able to claim the prize.

So you have won a phone? Or trying to get a code for the next tournament?

Obviously we are only seeing on side of the conversation.

Have you double checked your address and email on your deposit in the client, just in case they do use that?
Make certain you have all you papers ready as well, in case they want to confirm you are who you say you are.

Glyn will probably have better luck on following up with this though.

Easiest way to know if it is your current email is if you get deposit and cashout requests sent their.

Alternatively Mike ring 1800 153 466 for the direct support line, and you should get answers quicker than email responses. Let me know how you go with this, and if unsuccessfull I can look into this for you.

How did you go???

I'm having the same problems, I've won prizes the last 2 weeks, and I haven't received any confirmations at all.

I've rung them and they tell me they'll send an email to their promotions area, and then I get an email back a few days later telling me about the competition and nothing about what I requested on how to claim the prize. :x

I give them another call today, and the guy tells me the email never went to promotions area and that he will send it again and it will take at least another 48 hours. :?

What a joke!!!!

We shouldn't have to be chasing them up!!!
