888PL GRAND FINAL INFO for QUALIFIERS and GUESTS

Congratulations to all of our qualifiers playing this weekend in 888PL’s biggest tournament to date!

This weekend promises to be one of the best poker experiences of your life and the team at 888PL have put a fantastic weekend of events together to keep everybody entertained and occupied!


888PL GRAND FINAL

This will be the biggest event I have ever conducted (in terms of prize money and prestige) and I am sure for the large majority of players it will also be their biggest event they have ever participated in.

At the moment we have 406 Qualifiers ($203,000 in prize money) guaranteed and will more than likely move beyond that. I have opened a further two tables and that will allow another 14 players to qualify or buy in directly. The cap for this event will be set at 450 and we will not exceed this cap.

As most of you are aware this event will be held at Caulfield Race Course; it will be held on the Mezzanine (Level 1) of the Rupert Clarke Grand Stand. There are a few important points to take note of:

• If you are driving there is parking available for 888PL members in the BOND STREET car park, but please make sure you arrive before 10am.
• Saturday is a race day (Memsie Stakes Day) and as such will be very busy heading towards midday; all guests are asked to arrive before 11am if they wish to park.
• Entry to the racecourse for our players will be via GATE 23; Michael and Adam will be in their suits at this gate assisting players with directions or look out for the helpful Caulfield Event staff or our guys in the blue polos. Signage will be up as well directing players and guests to the right Grand Stand.
• Registration will be from 9am – 10.30am. We will commence seating sharply at 10.30 am and the tournament will commence at 10.45am SHARP.
• The 888PL Grand Final Seating Chart is attached, please ensure you are aware of your table placement.

888PL Casino Charity Fundraiser

This Friday night we will be hosting two events at the Caulfield Race Course; the 888PL GF Last Chance Satellite and of course our Welcome Party. The Welcome Party will be a different format this time as we will be raising funds for the Variety Club. This event will be held in the Committee Room of the Caulfield Racecourse (again in the Rupert Clarke Grandstand).

Please be aware that this time there is a door charge for this event ($30 per person or $50 per couple). This event is open to all 888PL Members and their guests!
Please take note of the following
• Dress code is neat casual
• Arrive 6pm for 6.30pm
• Canapés and beer, wine and soft drink provided
• Cash bar for spirits
• Upon entry everyone will receive $2,000 worth of chips to play blackjack, roulette and big wheel
• If you lose your chips you can re-buy
• Highest chip count at the end of the night wins a Poker Table and Chip Set
• We are raising money for Variety Club so we will have silent auction items available to bid on
• Our special guests are Jeff Fenech and Annette Melton and we will be photographing and filming the night
• If you haven’t already purchased a ticket, you can do so on the door and we will take credit cards if required
• Event staff will be roaming through Caulfield Racecourse to direct you to where you need to go if you get lost

Amenities/Side Events and Bonuses for Qualifiers and Guests!

Of course this weekend isn’t all just about the Grand Final and the lucky qualifiers. We are offering all 888PL players, and eliminated Grand Final participants, some fantastic side events and opportunities to experience more and more poker!

Mistress Poker

Restaurants
The Manikato bar and Restaurant will be open all day serving meals, snacks and drinks for 888PL guests.

There will be TAB facilities on offer for all you degenerates that love a punt!

Masseuse
3 Minute Angels will be on site for all players who need a good neck rub or need to de stress; all funds raised will go to the Variety Club.

Big Tony
Big Tony will be on site for all players looking to increase their BT points total or looking for some decent Heads Up action with the big man himself!

THE PITT
For the first time ever 888PL will be offering ring games! Check out the Pitt for the spread of cash games, Sit N Go’s as well as the TC and Chip Stack Building Challenge!

NOTE: Don’t forget the Bounty Event on Saturday as well as the AUSSIE MILLIONS REBUY SATELLITE on the Sunday. These events are open to ALL 888PL players!

THE AFTER PARTY
Normally the after party for staff is something just whispered about amongst players; legends and stories often confused for fairy tales are born out of the events that occur at these parties and generally only the inner sanctum of the 888PL are permitted to participate in this glorious fun filled , adventure laden and very messy celebration!

This time 888PL management and staff are opening the doors to all players; all 888PL are more than welcome to join us from 10pm onwards at the LA LA LAND (http://www.lalaland.com.au/) on Sunday Night! Doors open at the venue from 7pm.

There is no cover charge for this event and the venue is located in the city so we can still hit the Crown Poker room before the end of the night: Level 1, Corner of Hardware and Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
