888pl client download issue fix

Directions for re installing 888 software:
I have perfected this:
Did you download the 888 software from any of the links supplied by 888PL or are you a pre existing customer/downloaded direct from 888.com?
Either way to get you online tonight we will need to create a new account for you. Before we do this can you please follow the below instructions:
• Uninstall Pacific Poker and any related 888 software completely.
• Do this by removing the program completely found in "add or remove programs" icon in the "control panel". You can access the control panel by clicking on the 'windows' or 'start' button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Once completed --> --> -->
• Hit the start menu and select run: type in REGEDIT.
• Under the SOFTWARE Folder for the Current User you will find two folders PACIFIC POKER and POKERINSTALLER - Can you delete both these folders and then re install the software from the following link:
http://www.pacificpoker.com/PokerInstaller?lang=en&sr=999850
• This should then download the new software directly to you laptop/PC.
• Create a new account for 888PL, once created please test to see if you can register for any of the 888PL online events.
• Transfer any funds you wish from your previous 888 account to your new 888PL account
This should fix the problem. Can you please let me know if this worked?
Also as a note to users that could play in Poker Ashes but cannot now play in 888PL events - you will need to follow the above directions. Your account was not downloaded via a tracked MAR serial but at that time we could add you to it. Now we cannot. We need all 888PL users to have downloaded and created an account from a tracked MAR serial.
