Screw the poker, I'm going just to eat the steak! Is it that price every night?

I also ventured to the Goody with Bigpete on this particular night and I was quite disappointed with myself for having quite a large late lunch when I saw the price of the steak. For $12 and a full card, you CAN'T beat the value!

Of particular note, I distinctly remember Pete being quite excited at the size of the steak when it came out, but he was even more excited when he was 'halfway through' and he realized that it was wrapped over itself and there was still more steak. He was a like a giggling little school girl.


As everyone else has said, the venue is a good one and yes, the staff were very friendly and warm. I can see a return there in the not too distant future... and this time I'll have an early lunch!

I tend to agree with you there Pete sir. I do believe that we should. Anyone else, who whouldn't normally join us at the Goody, want to make a record breaking number for the venue and attend next Monday? The 19th. Bring a friend or two and lets crack the available room
