Parafield Gardens Community Club Pt#1

Hi all.
Thanks to Michael "Ma-Jik" Majchrzak inspiring me I've decided it was time to get a new phone (with a much better camera) so thought I'd start showing you guys a pictorial of a few venues around the traps. (at least now Rayni will stop telling me I've got a "girls" phone!!)
First cab off the rank is the PGCC (Parafield Gardens Community Club) Wednesday 6.30rego /7.30start & Sunday 1.00rego /2.00start
This place has a huge open area perfect for poker. 10 seater tables are nicely spread out so you have enough breathing room to play and the "big screen" has almost entirely eliminated the "what are blinds?" question!
The PGCC has 4 bars, gaming area, outdoor area and a huge restaurant area right near the poker zone. The meals are great and very well priced. If you spend about $11 you can become a member & receive further discounts off your meals & drinks. Pretty much pays for itself after a couple of poker games filling your passports.
This would have to be one of my favourite venues to host. Why?The people are fantastic!! We get a lot of regular players at Parafield and each & every one of them is a character!! You can't help but leave the place with a smile on your face at the end of the night.
Bob Bermingham in all his glory!!
end Pt#1
see Pt#2 for a few more photos.
