You're a Bunch of Factors

Just a quick poll to see which regions the forum users play in.
if you play 2 games a week and they are in different regions, pick your favorite. Battle lines are being drawn right here.

COME ON GAWLER/BAROSSA - all other regions dont know what real poker is like.

Edit: Tell us your "home venue" as well mine is the Willaston Hotel, and the Old Spot Hotel in Gawler (when the missus lets me!)

(PS not all regions have their own box, as i can only have 10 poll options. maybe mods might be able override this?)

Much easier for us city folk to whore the regions - but for rivalry's sake i'll have to vote North East. My main venue and venue of choice, however, is CBD.

This begs the question of how we decide what region a player is actually from...

Where they live? (makes me a NE for sure)
Where they play the most? (makes me a former NE and current CBD)

I'm leaning towards where you live, the thinking being that will mostly decide where ppl play.



P.S. I've asked david about the 10 options limit about a million times but he's crap and hasn't even answered me

You should be deciding how to vote on where you play. I mean, that is the question.

you can only choose if its a MATHEMATICALLY EVEN SPLIT

Ok, i have decided the criteria for voting above.

you vote for the region that you would go into WAR for - this will most likely be the region where you live but might be others

pete, how come you dont play in your region?

I did, but changed my regular for something different after 2 seasons of same ol' same ol'

Where I play now (regularly) is my fave venue and it just happens to be in the CBD zone. I go pretty much anywhere for a visit though, lately I've been playing twice a week with sunday being the regular day that's guaranteed and one other day during the week usually gets taken up visiting somewhere.

I enjoy going on a raid into another region every so often, is good fun.
