Two new events commencing this weekend.

Just thought I would give everyone a heads up on two new events commencing this weekend.
Grand Junction on a Saturday is commencing with a 10.30pm 11.30pm game with $100 cash up for grabs for the winner of this event.
Tonsley Hotel is starting a Sunday morning game with a 10am rego and 11am start, will be interesting what sort of response this game gets.

Is Grand Junction Tavern the venue that is offering the trip to Vegas? Does this mean that the top 20 from the Grand Junction Tavern Saturday session are eligible if they make top 20?

I'd say not... thats why they are offering the $100 cash prize.

When Payneham started the late game it was stated that people werent eligible for the Vegas Trip Freeroll, hence they put up a cash prize for that tourney only.

I believe the reason is because the session in question started part way through the season and it needed to be fair for everyone.

A Sunday morning event? Very interesting. I'll be down there to check it out - of course that'll mean being awake several hours earlier than I'd like to be

But it has just been pointed out to me that they have a drive-thru coffee house there, so it's a done deal.

You forgot the "Sat Late Arvo" at Aces!

Thats as a backup if you bomb out early on the Sat arvo... but then if you go deep at Aces you'll struggle to make the sat night games... lol
