second question
how did a team win the wooden spoon, and the premiership in the same year
what was the team, and what year?

I'm pretty sure it was Fitzroy during WWI, when there were only 4 sides. They finished the season in 4th, then in the finals, they notched up 2 wins in a row to take out the Premiership.

Most Wooden Spoons - St Kilda.
Longest Premiership Drought - Sydney, 72 years I think.
Never won a premiership - Fremantle (only club left that haven't).

Peter Hudson works in the same department as me, just in Melbourne. He was off-site the 3 days I was over there too.
