i think i tend to slow play too often

Slow playing is sooo overrated, and I **personally** think it gets used far too often without any thought. Check/raising isn't going to get called except by another really strong hand, so why not put a little into the pot to start with?

now, does anyone have videos on getting people to fold when i re-raise them on my semi-bluff?

I'm pretty sure most of your posts contain ample reasons why people should *not* have called your bet
