Last night I was going out for dinner with the family so I pre-registered the Murrin game before we left. I missed the first 20 minutes or so and made a rebuy to top up my stack.

I liked the buyin for the Murrin as it's gives the prize pool a good kick start and being able to do an Addon was great. Fortunately for me, I also registered for the "888PL Special tourney" and after playing a couple of hands in both games I too was disconnected.

I naturally assumed it was only me so I closed down both computers and tried to reinstall. I lost count of the times I tried to reboot even to the point where I actually deleted the program and downloaded a fresh program still thinking it was my problem.

Finally like everyone else I managed to get back on and my Murrin chips had been halved but from memory the 888PL Special game chip stack was still a reasonable size.

I finally ran out of luck in the Murrin but I had a good run in the 888PL Special and won it which made a good night out of a bad one.

I still need to see what's, what, on all the games and which ones will suit my budget so I'm gonna try and find the post that I think Scotty made with all the games, times, costs and multipliers.

See you all tonite if I'm allowed to come out and play, LOL.

I like many others got booted from 888 last night whilst playing MM rebuy, it only took me a few minutes to reconnect.

When reconection was effective I noticed there was only 1 other player active on a 10 player table, it also appeared that the system was running very slow when placing a bet or even a comment in the chat box.

At approximatly 2145 I had to go out and didnt return for 45 minutes, by that time all players were back and the system apperaed to working at normal speed.

I am very happy that even though I was gone for that period and my stack was down about a 1/3rd because of antes and blinds, it still put me in a position of needing to chip up as soon as possible, alas I hit the rail in 14th.

What is most pleasing now if you build a stack and then sit out you will loose it with the introduction of Ante's well done no more sandbagers sitting out to cash.
