If you are playing day in and day out just to get accolades from people behind a keyboard then I think you should reconsider your life goals.

It is a great effort, and I will congratulate whoever wins, but only once the result is finalised.

only 7 have bothered to congratulate the DT members, particularly the winner Sergio. Kinda makes you wonder how many people really care about chasing the pinnacle of our league, and if they do and don't make it, why are they not saying "well done, I'll get you next season"...??!!.......

gotta admit, I know theres more dollars in the dreamteam, but as a personal preference, i've always chased state leader boards more so than on line stuff. Mostly because I love the game and love being out there supporting the venues and having a beer or two and meeting people. Theres some great people in this league, always fun to meet them, then beat them !!! And last season it was pretty difficult to get on line games if playing venues. So with my focus on State leader, I made sure I threw out a congrats to you as soon as I missed out at the Glynde on the last night. But, Mate, I'll get you next season !

You appear to have mastered the balance between playing "worthwhile" venue games and "worthwhile" on line games. To finish number 1 in the state, and number 2 in the dreamteam is testimony to not only your ability as a player but also to your ability to maximise your points possibilities by informed game selection and scheduling. Where I will just look for a game out there somewhere, and even if I win some smallish game, won't improve my average, you have been much cleverer about it than I. Kudos to you my friend, well done.

Yes Chris, I think that is how the final Dreamteam will finish from last season (pending confirmation from 888pl management).

I must say that it speakes volumes that in a forum with 1480+ members, only 7 have bothered to congratulate the DT members, particularly the winner Sergio. Kinda makes you wonder how many people really care about chasing the pinnacle of our league, and if they do and don't make it, why are they not saying "well done, I'll get you next season"...??!!.......

Yes Harps you did, and also do so consitantly online. When I said it speaks volumes, it wasn't about disrespecting anyone, it was more about the fact that out of 1480+ forumers, how many people actually care about chasing and getting involved in the Dreamteam. But as the guys said, it is probably more to do with the actual active numbers on here than anything else.
