Re: nrl is back
i agree that NRL state of origin is really good - what the AFL one used to be like.
but you cant say that NRL is a truly international game - England, SA, NZ and australia - and only australia is any good.
union is the proper rugby - i like watching the wallabies games.

Hehe
All this banter, amusing
We can all come up with all the reasons in the world why "our game" is better ... but really - you like what you like for none of those reasons, you just LIKE it! You're attracted to it. Simple.
So, therefore, no debates

Re: nrl is back
i dont deny that union does have a stronger international competition and that is one of the main reasons alot of good nrl players have changed codes. But league still does have an internatonal presence, which is growing, the french will have a strong team in a few years, due to the fact that they have a team in the english super league.

Re: nrl is back
I could still use some player names that I should pick for my Dream Team
I've gone Inglis this year instead of Falou.. 2nd year blues.
Will Melbourne win it again? I love it that the AFL-State side take the title.
If the Warriors could get their act together this year again, I'd love them to win it.

I'm not perfect. I'm what perfect aspires to become
