Looks great Swankystar :)

next time try 3/4 cup of red wine (" A good wine something you would drink " never use crap wine)
1/4 cup of virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic "crushed"
a couple of sprigs of Thyme & or rosemary

combine in a sterilized jar shake well , leave in fridge for @ least 2 hours , Then rub over meat

cheers [_])

old man Swanky ,

is easy too make your own marinades , use stuff like soy sauce ,worcestershire sauce even tomato sauce ,salt , pepper ,spices
sugar .

Try this , Lamb fore 1/4 chops , you don't have to let it sit in fridge . as you start cooking them pour worcestershire & tomato sauce over them ,sprinkle over some Ginger powder , cook then turn over & repeat . Brown some onions & bake some spuds "of course u do the spuds 1st . when cooked plate up & put onions over chops ;)
