There's a difference between 100000/200000 limit and 5000/10000 NL.

I thought I had missed some massive NL game.

Is there really?

1 Million = 100 BB (Big Blinds) in 5K/10K NL.
1 Million = 2.5 BB (Big Bets) in 100000/200000 Limit

I think you're way off the mark there Caleb.

I know which game I would prefer to play with 1 mill.

The big game is quite often spread at 4k/8k and higher.

Sorry mate, didn't really think before I wrote. I wasn't even talking in that regard. I wasn't trying to compare the two. Just stating they are different (Duh)

When you first wrote I think you were referring to 100k/200k NL. My brains not working well this morning(afternoon).

I stand corrected, I would have thought they would stick around the 1k/2k mark for NLHE.

Must have way bigger rolls than I thought

Because you have to play continuously 24 hours.

Obviously if Ivey choses the stakes , what is to say he don't chose 500k/1M , knowing you ain't got the roll he has ?

He choses that , 1 hand , maybe 2 , you are out if you lose !

Ain't no 24 hours of play happening there !
