I have experienced 888PL/NPL make a ruling, to suit itself, and used the "fairness" defense in instigating said rule.

But, the crtiteria is 10 games in 13 weeks

Actually Papa Bear, I think it is 10 games total from Grand Final to Grand Final - ie 6 months (I know we do that in a fortnight!!!)

Really ?
Not just 10 games in a season ?
10 games in 6 months......if that's right, the criteria is way TOO lenient !!
Surely
I thought 10 games in 13 weeks was too soft, but in 6 months ?
Trishan, I recognise you have difficulties for whatever reason to play a lot of games, but come on Mate, 10 games in 6 months....
Stupid game..... Never playing again

From the 888pl website: In order to qualify for any of the 888PL Finals Series from 2010 (not the upcoming Semis and Grand Final in Jan/Feb) players MUST play a minimum of 10 Away (in venue) games.

That was in relation to online games, which has different governing rules.

I will respond to this thread a little later. I have a few things to do now so I can't reply straight away.

Way to misquote.

As Scott said, this is in relation to 10 HOME game qualification, which related to the Dream Team I believe. And your 10 best Home games counted, so if you only got 10 points, it hurts your chances. So you can't use the "but registering and not playing online hurts the fairness" defence.
