Away game cancellation (hypothetically)

Postby Larx36 » Wed Aug 11, 2010 10:55 pm

The cancellation and distribution of prizes in the main event home game tonight got me to thinking (unusual I know).

What would happen in an away 888pl challenge game if something happened to everyone's chip stack?

eg. a pack of drunken thugs walk in and push over all tables.

I think this was brought up in regards to a blackout and the venue had to cancel. Not sure what the outcome was as I am sure lots of people had no idea what their chipstacks were! Definitely something that could happen. Earthquake, flood and most mother nature related events. Thugs as you say....

But of course, we'd have to take Trishan's money to his house

OK, thought as much.

Just to be a pain.... what if 50% are out?

Same rule will apply. Game is cancelled and we return prizepool to remaining players evenly.
