Andrew Mcleod

Postby Nevah play JJ » Mon Aug 23, 2010 5:54 pm

Just heard on the news that Andrew Mcleod from the Crows is pulling the pin.

I truly think he was a person that lead by example on and off the field and normally wouldn't post something like this, but he is truly my favourite Crows player.

I just wanted to say congratulations to an exceptional player. I loved watching him play, even against my own team.

probably one of the most exciting players to ever play the game, and arguably the best ever crow

gonna be an interesting year next year at the crow boys - finals will be an achievement i think

That could be quite true..
Do you think they really set up a plan for the day that all their quality players left?

It seems to be a mistake made by most of the sides. No contingency put in place for when all the better players either retire or transfer to other teams.

No Vince, No Knights either.

Can't think of too many out for the Magpies Best 22.

for the next 2-3 years, i can see the crows being pretty inconsistent and mid pack, kinda like this year (with the exception of the first 8 rounds which were bad in anyone's books)

but when tippett and walker and henderson and numerous others get into the 24-26 range, then look out, because that is a gun forward line if ever i have seen it.

Yep sad to see him leave, but he has had a decent run.
He was the player that actually turned me on the game, as I hated it before I watched him play....
