Really though, the best cast would be just the 'true' legends Arnie, Bruce, Sly, JCVD, Segal and Lundgren.
PS - Sly must have really worked out for this film, he runs like an athlete, as opposed to in the last Rambo (awesome movie) where he looked like a 70 year old after just having a hip-replacement.
