That picture isn't my personal opinion nor do I agree with the generalisations contained within. Sorry to hear it drove you to meditation! That picture/diagram has been floating around for years in different formats (you can tell this one is a bit older and perhaps American with the "Melrose Place" reference).
How about something positive - Shane Crawford. He ran/jogged to Melbourne from Adelaide and has raised over $400K for breast cancer awareness. It really was a great feat. It was great hearing what an emotional experience it was for him as well, as he is usually quite a joker. Two thumbs up to Shane.

No need to apologize to me Trishan I was having a bad day and was very sensitive. I am not usually like that and I don't know what came over me. If you read my earlier post it may have been all of the crap at work this week so I apologize for taking it out on you. I do think that it was wrong of you to post that post though in a thread that was put up for girls only but I just overreacted and again I am sorry for that.
