Side note on this though Jacqianie never ever think that if a player has an opinion on your play that they are having a go at you. Sometimes people will have valid points and it really helps to sometime take into account there opinion and explore it as it may help. Healthy discussion about play can be great but when it becomes abusive or a group attack is when it becomes a problem. Just my 2 cents.

If the harassing talk hadn't been going on, then I would have been more than happy to discuss the hand, which I did anyway. I'm certainly not a player who thinks I know everything and love to discuss different styles of play, knowledge leads to improvement :)

I never thought you were the type of player who would be behaving in anything less than courteous. I have played against you and it is always fun. Your play seemed fine and you were just unlucky not to take double up off this player. Next time you can take the ultimate revenge and take all there chips. My comment was only meant to show that while healthy chat is good and can be a great learning opportunity, harassment and bullying is not and all players should be careful that the things they say do not cross into the this category.

I am really sorry if my comments in any way suggested you over reacted here as this was not my purpose or my opinion. I suppose I should think sometimes before I type

No no no Gayle....not at all! :)

I took no offence to anything you said, and I totally agree, as becoming a better player is what I want to be and hand discussion is always a good way to improve my own play.

And you're right, the next time taking their chips is great revenge, but improving and bettering my own play will be an even sweeter revenge  (I hope!)

**Having said that I just got sucked out by the river again......oh well, back to the felt

Gotta hate that river it will get you every time. I am playing this tournament on stars so hopefully that doesn't happen to me. I have only played stars a couple of times and am really trying to get used to it. That stupid buzzer scares the hell out of me each time it goes off ( bit like the plane on 888).

Tone is harder to convey via a keyboard too.

Often I am not sure if NH is sarcastic or not.

Usually it is the awful players (or new players) that comment or sook about hands.

Give em hell I say!!! Lol when they get beat etc...
May all your pain be champagne!

Sadly thats the nature of online play.

Just take with a pinch of salt. I doubt 99% of players mean any harm are just having a bit of fun at the table as they ususally know others on the table. I usually get some and take some banter and always try to take it in the best manner.

It's much easier for players to vent frustration at losing a hand online with chat than it is live, so you'll always see that. Take it as a compliment. If people aren't berating you then you aren't taking their chips ;)
