Skycity Adelaide Holdem Championship
For those that are interested, this event kicked off today. At last report, local Nino Ascenico was on top of the pile with an 80k+ stack. Joe Hachem, in town to promote and play the event, is holding his own with a 50k stack.

Re: Skycity Adelaide Holdem Championship
http://www.cardplayer.com is pretty good with the big tournaments held overseas. Haven't seen any about the Skycity tournament though.

I believe that Andrew Grantham and Daniel Booth, Both qualified through the Skycity NPL Promotion. So Huge result there.
Think Garth is writing a story, so really don't want to steal too much of the thunder here. But sounds like it was one hell of a story.

Yeah, huge result for the NPL. Great opportunity for promotion. Expect larger fields in the near future. Bring it on.
