As with the feedback in increasing the the GF ticket value from $500 to $500 + $50, I am all for it.
My question is though, if you have already qualified for the next GF do you have to make up the $50 difference?
I'm happy to do so myself and I understand this shouldn't affect too many people.

We will absorb this cost, we do not expect players to pay the additional fee when they won their ticket before this announcement.

Re: 888pl GF price increase
i agree with the price rise - if we, as pub poker players, are wanting a tournament experience in line with other major casino tourneys, then i think we also have to come to terms with the fact that we should be paying an industry standard amount of rake for the privilege. cant have our cake and eat it too.

I thought that may be the case. Thanks Garth.
Just wanted to nip that issue in the bud before people threw their own spin on it.
And couldn't agree with you more benny the cunt.

Hi ,
I won my ticket in Saturday nights low stakes Garth , i am happy to pay the $50 extra if required .
Just wondering , will the entry cost be going up in this event (and others) to cover the extra phiddy ? , will future winners have to pay the extra as it is after the announcement date ?
Looking forward to it , as i missed the last one
Cheers
