Could this be interpreted :

Risky experts take a calculated gamble?

or

Expert Risk-takers gamble calculatedly

or

Calculated gamblers take expert risks

or...................................


There are heaps more, please add your own....BUT they have to make sense - use all four key signature words - and end up with the same meaning.
