Below is the email I received from Tim Harry:

Good afternoon,

On behalf of the Management & Staff of the 888Poker League I would like to offer my congratulations on qualifying for the 888PL Dream Team Online Final for Season 1 2011!
It's a fantastic effort and we would like to thank you for your loyal support and dedication to the 888Poker League.
Please take a minute to read on and discover what you have qualified for and the fantastic prizes you have a chance of winning!

What is the Dream Team?
The Dream Team is one of 888PL's Top Shelf of poker achievements along with winning the Semi Finals and Grand Final. You need to confirm with me the following details.

Could you please confirm by reply email the following details.
This part of the process is very important.

***Please note: 888PL & 888 are two different entities. When asking for your 888.com online ID I am referring to the user name you use to log into the online poker site 888...NOT the 888PL.com.au website where you view leader boards and search for games etc.

*If you do not yet have an 888.com online username or account you will need to follow the instructions below. Without an account you will not be able to play the online final.

Please supply me with the following information.
Only if you DO NOT have an 888.com online account.

The Top 3 finishers in the Dream Team $10,000 online qualifying final, who will make up the seasons Dream Team, will share in cash and prizes to the value of $10,000!!!

1st $1,000 cash plus $4,000 in major Australasian Poker Tournament entries*
TOTAL of 1st PRIZE VALUED AT $5,000

2nd $750 cash plus $2,250 in major Australasian Poker Tournament entries*
TOTAL of 2nd PRIZE VALUED AT $3,000

3rd $500 cash plus $1,500 in major Australasian Poker Tournament entries*
TOTAL of 3rd PRIZE VALUED AT $2,000

*Please note, specifics on tournament entries unavailable at time of release. These will be updated as soon as they have been finalised.?????

Finally we have had to adjust the way players are paid via the Dream Team Finals. From now on (and for the past event) all players will receive the total dollar value for prizes directly into their 888Poker accounts. From there players are free to withdraw these funds and buy casino entries through 888PL or keep the funds as cash prizes. I apologise unreservedly for this last minute change and the inconvenience caused by this.

We hope to rectify the above issues over the coming weeks and apologise for any inconvenience caused or negative experiences.

Thank you for continuing to support the 888Poker League and all the best on the virtual felt.

Regards,
Garth Kay

Respect, where does respect Come into Business.Explain to me how Communicating on a Forum is Disrespect. There's a whole Time Line on this Thread.

Here the Most amazing Fact To all This No one has Jumped on the Phone and said Hi after a Week :-(((((.

First of all, I don't believe you about your name (your name in 888 is Vinent, not Vincent). We are gonna need to see a birth certificate! :D .

Secondly, you have been extremely disrespectful in the way you have referred to 888pl management, both in this thread and in others.

Thirdly, the currency conversion last Saturday when you actually won the event was 1AUD=1.097USD (which is even more in your favour)…

And D, why not be happy with what you have won? Can’t you see how bad you look when you are the first person to jump on here and complain about the “top 3” payout structure, even going as far as submitting your “ideal payout structure”, then when you win immediately complain that you didn’t get enough money????
:?

A friend made the final table so I watched most of it.

Tim Harry typed the Price Structures numerous times while the final table was being played in the Chat Box and repeated to do it as each player was eliminated.

No one questioned when Tim mentioned that they were on the Bubble when there were 6 players left.

On another note, I couldn't believe there was repeated talk during hands between people that obviously knew each other from the same state during the final table.

I remember one instance when someone was deciding whether to call or not, and omnnumnumnum was telling that player to fold his/her hand when he was still in the hand, WFT!!!!!!!

This kind of stuff continued to happen numerous times even though Tim asked for it to stop and it only stopped when he threaten to take action.

If that wasn't collusion, I don't know what was and there were many Railbirds that saw all this and even commented on it during the final table.

I have always said the top 3 get paid, as it does on the website and everywhere it was linked. I agree with this and completely understand, I just don't understand why this keeps on getting raised when it's simply a fact of incorrect US amount bonused to your account.

You are short $AU how much?
We can fix this ASAP and can pay AU funds directly to you?

Each of the top 3 also won an 888PL GF seat too I believe?

Garth, tourney lobby on 888 said top 5, and it has also been widely advertised that 4th & 5th won GF tickets....
What?, poker without the river??, you've just made my dreams come true!!!

IF this is true, and i am taking Jav's word for it, then you are damn lucky that you got anything at all and didn't get banned.

No need to get record of Chat History cause Tim Harry would've seen the whole thing as well as many other 888pl members!!!!!

All I've done is state what I saw.

I'm sure Garth & Tim will make their own conclusions from all information provided.

I'll leave it at that.

Firstly, I will agree with the Blue Monster that payouts were confusing. That is the only good thing I have to say.
I managed to bubble the final table of this event and stayed online to watch the outcome. I will agree with Jav 1000 100% that there was table talk going on.
" FOLD TERRI" springs to mind with I think 4 or 5 remaining.
This was also seen by a number of my colleagues who discussed next morning at Tas State Champs and all agreed, very very average.
