Flopped Straight situations Try Not Jam the Flops If you make a Move do it on The Turn and Pray :-)))).I would not Recommend this site To any One :-(((((((((((.

Is this for real? Classic.

bennymacca wrote:when you do a quick calculation about how much rake these sites pull in per day, it is ridiculous to think they would rig the cards. adding to that, 888 poker is a very small part of 888 as a whole, which includes casino and sports betting, all of which are regulated in the uk, so for them to risk losing their whole business on rigging cards to produce a slight increase in rake for a small part of their business would be the stupidest thing ever. well second stupidest thing ever, behind thinking online poker is rigged.

benny the cunt nailed it.

This thread made me laugh out loud.

I'm still in "shaking my head in disbelief" mode.

Maybe I forgot to purchase the laughing app?

I think I was the first person to "view" this post, and I considered deleting. But then I decided not to be greedy and share the laughter around :D

i agree with everyones sentiment that i dont belive 888 rig its poker site.

but then again pre 2008 if ommmmunmum had changed his post to "superuser's on UB"
( some bloke can see my hole cards !! )
we probably would have laughed at him then too.
Does anyone know how to make money playing uno vs 6 year olds, its about the only card game i get to play these days.

I would believe superuser long before rigged. I just see no value in rigging the software to affect micro stakes users?

I think though that everyone at some stage has gone through the "poker is rigged" scenario, it's all a part of your development as a poker player right?

I just find this original post insulting to those who have managed to make a profit from 888 which I know quite a few here have. As I said earlier variance does play a big part in poker and this is why good bank roll management is essential. A good player has good bank roll management not only to ensure they are playing within their means but also so that they can ride out any downswing they have. Any player who has been playing for a long time will have, at some time or other, faced a period where they are running so bad that they start to doubt the way they play. It is a natural part of the game and if you are getting you money in good and losing to runner, runner or that one out you have just got to say to yourself "In the end I will end up in front I just have to ride out this bad period". Be honest with yourself though, put your hands out there for discussion and if it is the way you are playing be ready to take advice and learn. If it is just bad luck and variance biting you in the arse then work your way through it knowing that you are playing your best and things will change. To blame online poker as being rigged is just making excuses and while you do that you will always be a loser.

Just my opinion and am heavily medicated which may affect my judgment (plus I am an opinionated cow) :D

Funny thing is ...this guy is way up on 888, he is a very profitable player has won a lot in the past few months, but perhaps the variance is catching up and this is the best way he has of venting...

We all know that you start to think crazy stuff when you lose to so many runner runners in a short period of time, give the guy a break
Man who runs in front of car gets tired,
man who runs behind car gets exhausted.
