Big improvement from last week in terms of the pauses and the ums and ahs. Looks like you were determined to sort that out and I think you did.
Constructive criticism: wasn't sure about some of the content in the news section. I think you need to be very particular about the content because you are targeting a niche of the poker community and not the whole community. If people wanted major poker news they aren't going to go to The Rail - they go to other popular and established podcasts, pokernews etc. But if they want news on the pub poker scene then they'll come to you. Make sure all of your content relates back to your niche which is the pub poker scene. Thought you should have had less focus on PS/FT related news and more on SA Semis.
Garth segment was good. Could have asked listeners beforehand to send in questions for Garth and picked the best or most common questions. Naturally people would have a lot of questions about the merge. That said you did ask a lot of relevant and interesting questions but user-driven content helps to build a following. If you mentioned Bob Jane's question from Queensland, chances are Bob Jane will feel a big part of it and become a lifetime follower.
Again for the strat stuff you probably want to keep it all listener-generated. Put out the question on Twitter what people are confused about. Maybe address common myths and misconceptions out there in the pub poker world...for example what it means to be "committed" to a pot - most don't understand.
Only listened to it once and while doing some other stuff so feel free to rebut my points but I thought now that you have delivery nearly down pat, start working on the content and what will engage listeners ultimately create a community around the podcast.
Edit: some spelling and grammar
