I struggle to feel sorry for Melbourne.

They were average. They got lucky, getting 1 and 2, taking Trengove and Scully. They couldnt' be split, either could've been 1.

In the end, they got a pick one player, for being average..

They are lucky they weren't in that position THIS year - Port are getting a lot less than Melbourne did.

should have gone after Trengrove instead of Scully.

not poor form at all imo. if any player wants to leave a club, before say, 5 years (i think the free agent mark will be 7) then they can get stuffed.

i still like bock, davis and gunston can diagf

Why? How does walking out of the club list as an achievement off the field? I have no problem with changing the winner. It's a board voted award, not a coaches award (like the B&F).

Can't see Scully or Ward winning anything at their club's B&F this season.
