So I have just spent the past hour at work reading this.... Instead of working obv.
There is such a solid argument going on and unfortunately I'm on the fence.
Like benny the cunt I bought directly into the last GF and managed 3rd + Main Event seat (brag). And like team batman I would not have bought a seat if I didn't think I would have a chance at cashing.
$1200 is a big buy in for any player, so I don't think it would devalue the tournament or the satellites at all allowing direct bi, but keep it under the same stipulations as normal, eg. Min 10 games APL/888pl in the 2 seasons prior ect. That way you still keep it with in the family so to speak.
I believe the only way a player should be able to sell their ticket though is if said player has 2. I'm not so sure about transferring to the next ME as that would take funds out of the prizepool (someone correct me if I'm wrong here.)
