Was a suicide after he was being questioned about a sexual assault. It's really sad that he chose to take his life.

Not if it means he was guilty.....(which it probably does since he jumped out the window)....

The presumed guilt based on the suicide is harsh, or the sentiment that if guilty his death is acceptable?

The sentiment that it's acceptable because he was guilty.

Meh, I stick by what I said.

Every action has a consequence mate...If he was guilty, he deserved what happened...

what a great test match this has been (and a pretty awesome series in general)

would love to see australia win this game and ponting get a big hundred, for as much as australia collapsed in the second innings of the first test, i think the sides have been pretty even in general and a 1-1 result is probably justified.

given the injuries to watson and marsh, i think ponting will keep his place for the new zealand tests, but i think a perfect time for him to bow out would be the second test against new zealand which is at bellerive. that way marsh, watson, khawaja can all play.

then in the next year or so when hussey goes, watson can move down the order and warner can come into the team
