These guys have previously been pointed towards FullTilt, so now is the perfect time to point them to 888, but we need decent incentives on-line to point them to.....

Ok I am confused I thought it was top 4 in venue qualified for state finals.

Seriously guys, I'm not sure who is in charge of website updates for FHG, but they really need their butt kicked!!! So many changes don't get updated on the website it's not funny!

I'll put my hand up for the job if you like!!

It is top 3 for us Gayle, in Vic. Some of the other states Have more qualifiers.

Yeah Jo, The games like Jo Mack & latenight deepstack used to get V/G numbers when there was a prize that made people want to play them. Make these games cash prize & a step game to the S/F's.

p,s. I'm 2 years ahead of our time. 2013 :?

Hi All,

Thanks for the feedback, really appreciate it.

The fact is that online operations are not a primary focus of FHG at this time, for several reasons; acquistion of APL and other brands, focus on levarging the network and building the grass roots player base, a return to the basics and poker as entertainment and of primary importance is growing numbers in venues.

We cannot broadcast the 888Poker partnership to the APL network, there is commercial considerations that need to be made and at the basic level the administration system of APL is not set up accordingly so we would be unable to assist player support issues.

In saying the above - I do agree with you all that the online aspect has grown stagnant and we do need a re vamp. With the removal of the DT scoreboard and promotion next Jan we will be looking to generate Main Event entries through a step process and the whole online focus will be to generate ME entries and possibly some major casino tournaments.

i reckon this is the perfect vehicle for online, as has been mentioned previously - live satellites are hard to organise and are hit and miss with numbers, but online satellites for lots of major events would be awesome.

to keep people grinding them, maybe you could have a leaderboard across all satellites where top 10 or whatever get to play in a tourney where first prize is a main event ticket.

Lol, I was talking about a payroll job, pay, sick leave, super, etc.!!! But if you already have a web-team on the payroll, let's leave it to them. It shouldn't be too difficult to flick them an email every time there is a change made for a simple website update....
