The 888PL Online Schedule for 2012 gets a revamp!

Hi Guys,

I know that many of you have been involved in some great discussions as of late regarding our current Online setup and the games run on a nightly basis. Many of you have raised some fantastic points, offered valuable feedback and provided some great ideas as we look to 2012. I have been working hard completely restructuring the Online Schedule for the 2012 year, and I look forward to hearing what you have to say about what I have put forward. I have included the full schedule below.

I really like that structure, it should be awesome

one small thing - if someone wins one of the daytime freerolls then they probably should get entry to the daytime phase 1 tournament rather than the nighttime one.


Other than that, i think it is going to be awesome. I like the 888pl only Aussie Millions satellites as well.

Depending on numbers, i would like to see more phase 2 satellites though, having these nightly would be awesome.
If you ran them nightly, you could not have them guarantee a ticket, they only need 6 runners to get a ticket generated.

maybe you could run phase 2 satellites on mondays, wednesdays and fridays - at present, there doesn't seem to be any tournament greater than $5 entry on these nights.

Hey mate,

Thanks for the feedback. In regards to the daytime Freeroll winner receiving entry into the daytime Phase 1 this can easily be fixed, and I will look into it.

I'd like to first get a greater idea on the reception this new schedule receives before implementing any more tournaments and gauging numbers will definitely help. I am open to the idea though, however, and believe that multiple phase 2's throughout the week could work.

During Jan 2012, I suggest you run Phase 3 every Sunday night and agree with benny the cunt run more Phase 2 satellites being so close to the Main Event in February as I'm sure there would be many people chasing a ticket closer to the Main Event.

good question - with this setup, for the month before the online champs, all of the tourneys can be switched to being satellites to a $110 online champs main event as well

Very excited for this. I have hardly played on 888 over the past 6 months or so. This schedule will definitely get me back on the site.
