Well, I felt a bit better by kickoff at the Payneham last night until I noticed the number of people coughing, sniffling, sneezing, and dribbling.

It seems my warning that the lurgy is out and about was too slow off the mark. The more I looked, listened and ducked from flying mucous, the more people I could see afflicted.

Another great Cougar Classic suggestion. Why not have NPL face masks- just the ones that cover your nose and mouth?

But wait, there's more. NPL paracetamol tablets (shaped like poker chips) and NPL mouthwash, NPL rubber gloves and boxes of NPL tissues. Get your head around this one.

As for Bob B's suggestion- while you may be having a lend of me- I'm sick enough to try it.

If you are ailing and coughing and feeling like the Couger looks on his best day then do the following.

Put some Vicks on the soles of your feet and put some old sox on. I garantee you that you will stop coughing within minutes and your aches and heavy head will soon clear and you will feel a whole lot better.

Dead set serious........if you don't believe it works then don't try it!!!!! But you would be stupid if you don't, regards Bob B the better looking guy down table from the Couger LOL cheeers mate.

and u would b stupid if u do, lol.

try a piece of garlic and swallow it with a glass of water trust me on this 1.

And on a serious note COUGER the Vicks does what I said

We're only in week 4 Des... is the Palias the only venue you've been playing regularly, your only chance at states? And is the leaderboard that tight that missing one game gonna ruin your finals chances? There's still 6 weeks to go...

*is confused*
