yeah fair point garth - i dont think any of us are rubbishing the ideas, just constructive criticism. and you are right, most players are looking for an experience, but i dont see why that has to be at the expense of a well structured tournament. the actual structure looks awesome. payouts are slightly wacky but not massively. I would much prefer you to pay out a lot of the prize pool in packages than use that money to pay out top 100 or whatever

what about awarding an AM package to pub poker podcast hosts? :P

Damn, but I wish I'd decided to play this after the last GF - I'm getting excited just reading about it.

I think this idea has plenty of merit!

Garth I find the term "at least 1 player waking away with $100000" discriminating

The structure and events look great and added bonus JHDS starting on the Sunday great

The JHDS has been canned by Crown.

Instead there will be a special megastack, expect a big field for this event.

I will be updating the schedule later tonight and releasing this tomorrow.

I agree with what Garth says and think Whitmee's idea has alot of merit. When you say alot of the field doesn't have much experience in big tournaments; when talking about those particular players an AM main event package isn't a good thing because they would be hard pressed competing in that field. A payout for a royal flush is a pretty cool idea 10,000 is pretty big but they could get something. This event has a real Aura of being a poker experience and not just a tournament cant wait to see what's in store for us.
