Me too. I was able to register for the 9pm game and then about 5 minutes to go went down. Have tried restarting computer and reinstalling the program but still nothing. On the phone to support but have been on hold now for 15 minutes. :(

Sounds like a different issue. Try reinstalling the program and see if this helps. If not I would contact support and see if they are able to assist. Good luck and hope you are back on soon
