Something NOT Right ?

Postby Sinitster » Wed Mar 21, 2012 8:20 pm

Hrmmmnn ... :|

Is something not right between 888PL and 888Poker ?

Why is it so difficult to get things to work right ?

Look at this for eg .

Image

Is there a relationship issue between the parties hence why it is like it is atm ?

I mean 18 months / 2 years ago 888Poker were putting $$ into the league (i know i received $$ from them through Dream Team ) , now it seems like they don't give a rats ass !

Not trying to delve into the ins and outs , cause a rukus , or rock the boat , just a little frustrated , and trying to understand why !

Seriously , the online component could be sooo much larger and livelier than it ever was , as we now have the APL to tap into and educate ..

*sighhh

Hoping things turn around soon :/
When choosing between the 2 evils , I like to choose the 1 i haven't tried yet !

Chips are like burley , ya need to spread a little around to attract the fishies ...

Yeah, I tried to late reg and couldn't find it in the lobby. One good sign is it looks like more people had registered than usual, let's hope the numbers continue to climb!! (and of course the issues get ironed out).
What?, poker without the river??, you've just made my dreams come true!!!

I made a post a while back regarding increasing traffic and never got a reply from 888PL or FHG which I was not very impressed with (also emailed them).

I used to like playing 888PL events on 888 but I wasn't going to bother any more.........that is until I get the old SMS sent to me. The marketing has worked on me. I change my plans (playing APL at a Hobart venue) to give the tiered games a crack and voila...cancelled . I might have to just delete the next SMS I get.

I didn't receive an email, this issue isn't 888PL's fault, it is obviously a technical issue as we do not have the power to cancel events.
I am probably more pissed than you are that this event was cancelled.

Garth, I shall resend email to you tomorrow from work. Was sent around 7/1/2012 to info@ + cc'd to yourself. I also posted the same issue on the forum around that date.

Frustrated with 888 site. I don't bother with 888PL in venue in Tas anymore.

regards, David.

I answer almost all emails sent to me by players mate. Somehow this one didn't get to us.

And Glyn never misses and email.

888PL in venue or altogether?

888pl in venue in Tasmania.
I now play APL in venue 2 nights a week.
I want to have a crack at the online qualifiers on 888 site via 888PL which I had been totally loyal to for quite a while.
