if you show me a peer reviewed article in a widely respected medical journal that says putting vicks on your feet is better than putting it on your chest where you can more easily breathe it in, then i will believe you.

I use Vicks for various reasons such as;

I put it on my chest too.
I also have a vapour stick thingy you sniff on.
I also swallow some Vicks if I have a soar throat
And I stick it up both nostrils if I have a blocked nose.
I haven't found a use for it on my other opening as yet ......... but as soon as I do I will let you know, LOL.

My mate put some in a small piece of an old T shirt and tied it to a leather cord so he could hang it around his neck because he didn't like putting it on his chest, LOL

Personally, I find the recommended method of using Vaporub to be ineffective, so am more than happy to give this foot thing a try next time i'm sick - it can't do much worse I guess!
