When SB pushes his cards forward face down, as dealer, I would ask him "this player is all-in, are you sure you are folding?"
If he says "no", I flick his hand over, table it and the shortstack's hand and we go to showdown.
If he says "yes", I muck his hand. Disqualify him as per penalty for collusion in the rules. Split his $200 between the last 2 players and kick his arse out the door and ring Garth to cancel the entry he has already got into the Semi!
The remaining 2 players gets the seat.

So your way to avoid a possible collusion situation as dealer is to influence the play yourself? Really?
As dealer, if a player makes a decision, you cannot offer them more information and give them a chance to reconsider the decision.
THAT is considered collusion.
