Assuming BB fold out of turn, is it a binding fold if you don't actually have the option to fold when the action is on you?
Shouldn't you push the cards in front of the player and make it a pending fold and when it's on him, it's a call as it covers the all-in?

And usually players gets warnings before they are issued orbits. Hand penalties more likely.

That's only because SB was mucked as well. If he was forced into showdown, SB would win the BB as long as he could cover it with his stack.

No. Because once again you'd be affecting the play as dealer. If BB is folding he is folding, you can't make it a "pending fold", or whatever that is.
