So I know that once the forum closes, there's clearly gonna be a hole in my life and by the looks of it some others. So I have decided to set up a new forum which may not be as quick or as good looking as this one, but will include most of the non-888pl forums currently on this forum. It will be open to everyone, so this is an invitation to join. I will post the link once I do some basic customisation. More to come.

Dave has suggested that for those of us looking for a new forum to hang out, SAFooty is pretty similar to this forum. There are also a lot of other forums which I frequent besides this one which I can recommend such as BigFooty, Whirlpool, Vogue. While these alternatives are great, the population of posters are quite large and I think we have a nice little group of people on these forums and a certain sense of community you may not find elsewhere.

I have set up a very basic forum at: www.foldpre.com/forum

It would be great to keep in touch with all the old 888PL forumers on there. I have set it up to basically mirror what was here but without the links to the 888PL. Feel free to register and suggest any forums you would like added.

I love this forum, I flick through it all the time and as much as I'm on Facebook, there will be no comparison !!!

I feel we should have a FORUM page and that can be a communication point for people on here... It won't be the same but who cares!!
I made amazing friends on here and it Sux to know I won't have the contact or watch the fights brew on here !!
