i agree garth, i think its a good idea, but making it practical might be a tough one

Yeah its a good idea but say if it is ever implemented though whats going to stop some people taking advantage of it

Nothing. But would the good outweigh the bad in a properly implemented system? Thats for the people who run the show to work out. All I can do is suggest stuff that I'd like to see.
