hey guys just need a bit of help, looking to buy a new telly yeah, and wondering which type is the best yeah? (add cockney accent yeah)

UNLESS a venue is given one away
I have a Plasma, they are apparently better for sports. But it shows what I want and with a clear picture.
Just make sure you get HD.. and that your DVD recorder has HD too (I missed this one).

LCD is alot better over all the problems that they have wit sports are not that bad anymore if u put them next to each other you can c they are much the same. It also depends on how much you wanna spend and what size you want. Let me know when you wanna go looking for one i have a few people we can go see.

Am i correct that plasma have the advantage over lcd because the viewing angle of plasma is wider. If not directly in front of lcd vision can be lost.
Bigger screens = plasma better
smaller screens = lcd better
or is this just something else i read on the net that is not true!
