I have to admit, I agree with Luke here...

The prize money doesn't get me through the door, it's an added bonus if I'm going anyway.

Its a shame that theses venues have cancelled, Come show you support for the other npl venues to keep them going

very disappointed to see cue sports dropped and taken over by the dark side.

Hope NPL come back as there club members will support the club and that will be a big loss to you guys (Personally prefer to play NPL).

Well today has been great:
The following venues have either cancelled or been cancelled:
Cue Sports
Old Spot Gawler
Somerset
Midway
Bridgeway
Bluegums

It's a sad day in the NE region. The majority of these venues either cease this week or next week.

Just thought I would post it up here to let players know.

so let me get this right by cancel you mean there no longer running npl anymore right? that is a shame but yeah its there own fault if ya ask me.

These venues are ceasing NPL to put up the "Claytons NPL"?

What is it that the Claytons are offering that NPL doesn't and how do we stop this happening over this way in the Metro South???

I'm not privy to the details but I think they're just not having poker anymore at all.
